Dietary Requirements & Allergies

Emirati cuisine includes a variety of ingredients, spices, meat, seafood, dairy, wheat, nuts and other allergens depending on the menu.

Please inform us of any allergies, dietary requirements or food restrictions at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your requirements; however, some traditional dishes may not be suitable for certain dietary needs.

For guests with severe food allergies, please contact us before booking. As food may be prepared by third-party food providers, Meet The Locals cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or the complete absence of cross-contamination. Our team will communicate your requirements to the food provider and do our best to advise you on the suitability of the experience.

Timing & Arrival

Guests are kindly requested to arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled experience time to allow for a smooth and relaxed start.

All our experiences begin promptly at the time stated in your booking confirmation. As you may be joining other guests, we are unable to delay the start of the experience for late arrivals. This helps us respect everyone’s time and commitments and ensures all guests enjoy the full experience as planned.

Guests who arrive late may miss part of the experience.
